Sales Manager

Location: UK-based / remote (with some international travel)
Full-time | Senior Role | Competitive Salary + Bonus

We are growing quickly. And now we’re looking for a Sales Manager to help build the next chapter.


The Opportunity

This is not a corporate sales role.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact position at the heart of a growing, entrepreneurial business.

As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of Pikkii’s global sales activity (excluding North America). You’ll manage and grow key UK and international accounts, distributors and sales agents — while shaping how our sales function operates as we scale.

You won’t be managing one account within a large structure.

You’ll be helping build the structure.

If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love product, and want to shape strategy rather than just execute it — this role offers real influence and visibility.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

Sales & Account Leadership

  • Own and grow key UK and international retail accounts

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with major partners

  • Identify and unlock new strategic distribution opportunities

  • Proactively open new accounts aligned with our brand positioning

Commercial Performance

  • Own international forecasts, pipeline and reporting

  • Track performance against targets and act early on risks

  • Maintain strong margin discipline and commercial clarity

  • Work closely with operations to align forecasts and buying plans

Sales Strategy & Systems

  • Help shape and refine Pikkii’s international sales strategy

  • Build and improve scalable sales processes and reporting systems

  • Drive CRM discipline and structured account planning

  • Continuously simplify and strengthen how we operate

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Feed retailer insight directly into product development

  • Influence product ranges through real market data

  • Work alongside marketing and growth on launches and campaigns

  • Align with our North American Sales Manager to coordinate globally

Trade Shows & Industry Presence

  • Represent Pikkii at key UK and international trade shows

  • Lead customer meetings and product presentations

  • Build momentum before, during and after events


What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • Proven senior sales or national account management experience

  • Background in consumer products, gifting, toys, games or similar industries

  • Strong forecasting, EPOS analysis and margin management capability

  • Experience managing distributors and key retail accounts

  • Comfortable leading meetings and influencing decision-makers

Mindset

  • A genuine self-starter who can hit the ground running

  • Comfortable operating without heavy corporate structure

  • Systems-driven and commercially sharp

  • Positive, proactive and solutions-focused

  • Passionate about product and proud to represent a design-led brand

  • Excited to build, not just maintain
