Once you have placed your order, you will be updated every step of the way.

You will receive email confirmation as soon as the order is processed and dispatched. You can also opt in for SMS alerts to keep you updated while your parcel is on the move. 

In order to access tracking information for your order, please ensure you select  "Tracked Service" upon checking out.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be able to use this service.

Provided your order has not been dispatched by our warehouse team, we can make any changes you may want. So please let us know of any changes you would like as soon as you can via email at hi@pikkii.com

Made to order items: Please allow up to an additional 5 business days for made to order items to be produced and packed ready for delivery

We're really sorry but unfortunately at the moment we don’t offer a gift wrapping service. We're working super hard to make this available to you soon, keep your eyes peeled!

Payment questions

We accept most credit and debit cards (including AMEX, VISA, Maestro and Mastercard) as well as Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

We sell in multiple currencies including GBP, USD, and EUR. Simply select your currency of choice at the top right of any page.

We have a variety of delivery options available to get your goods from our small island to yours, wherever you are.

Standard Delivery - £2.99 (FREE for orders over £30)

Orders sent using our Standard Non-Tracked Service are generally delivered by your usual Royal Mail postie. Usually, you will have received your package within 3-5 working days and will not need a signature. However, if the order is too large or heavy to go via Royal Mail, we may send this via a different courier.

P.S. We try our hardest to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday - Friday.

Courier – Next Day Delivery - £5.99

Orders sent using our Next Day Service are usually delivered by DPD or UK Mail. Your parcel should be with you the next working day (if placed before 1pm on any business day). However during peak times, such as Christmas, it can take longer. It will need a signature so please ensure someone will be available to receive and sign for the package.

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands

Where possible we will dispatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using Royal Mail and various other courier options. Please be aware that some larger or heavier orders can incur additional charges.

Your delivery options will be displayed on the checkout page and will be worked out depending on the weight and size of the items in your basket.

We have a variety of delivery options to get your goods from our small island to yours.

International shipping is carefully calculated on the weight, size and value of your order, so the options may vary depending on what you have purchased.

The simplest way to find out is to head through to the checkout and enter your delivery address/country; we’ll automatically show you the wide variety of available options - don’t worry, you won’t be charged at this point.

Your order will be shipped with either Royal Mail, DPD or DHL depending on the items and your location.

If you wish to track your order please ensure you select "Tracked Mail" in the shipping section, when checking out.

If your order hasn't arrived within the specified delivery time, please contact us directly at hi@pikkii.com where one of our team members will help to locate your order and get it to you as soon as possible.

Should your delivery driver fail to leave the parcel in a safe place or with your neighbour it may be returned to your nearest mailing depot, if the parcel is not then collected it will be returned to our warehouse. 

Returns

At Pikkii, we work super hard to make sure that every item we design is produced to the highest standards.

If you’re not totally satisfied with any item you buy from us, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.

Please contact us before returning your items. 

Simply drop us an email at hi@pikkii.com and we'll be happy to help.

You will need to fill out our returns label and be sure to return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure it's packed perfectly to avoid damage.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable conditions.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. We're only able to reimburse the shipping costs if the items we sent were damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Please hold onto your postage receipt until we at Pikkii have confirmed that we have received your items. 

Absolutely!

Should you change your mind and would like to exchange an item, you’ll have to return the original item to us via post. So long as the original item is unused and in perfect condition we can exchange it for you. 

(any exchanges will have to be returned at your own cost)

As a small business, we don’t currently offer free returns unless the items we sent were damaged, faulty or incorrect. Please send us an email athi@pikkii.comif this has been the case.

Once we have received your return, any refunds will be back in your account within 3-7 working days. 

Other questions

We do all we can to keep our items in stock, but sometimes they do sell out. If you would like to be notified when a product returns, please enter your email address in the box provided beside the out of stock product. We’ll be in contact with you as soon as we get more.

Unfortunately we're unable to apply discounts to orders already placed. But you will be able to use the code on your next order.

We unfortunately do not have a referral program at the moment, this is something we are looking into and hope to introduce soon.

All items are covered by a 12 month warranty. We will always try our best to replace a faulty item unless it has clearly been misused.
