Not for beginners

It’s fun once you get the hang of it, but certainly don’t buy if you get frustrated easily.

Fun Start, but hard for kids

My kids are 12 and 6 and the kit had great instructions but the origami was tricky for kids. Unless your an origami pro, this might be tricky. The instructions were helpful and product was great packaged but the kit itself was a bit tricky. However, after a couple more try’s I can probably do it!

Good concept, could be better executed.

The idea is cute. A bunch of little cats you can leave all over the place like a calling card. What I don't understand is why print the lines on them? I understand they're there as a guide, but after a few cats you get the idea and the lines then become a visual distraction on the final art. The instructions are also somewhat confusing and it is better to just watch the video.

Something I would like to also see is double sided prints. No matter how precise your folding there will always be white showing. If the back side of the paper was black, or the color of the cat, it would make it a little less obvious when folded.

I think it is a cute and fun gift.

Cute but instructions need work

I succeeded after two tries and having to look up the video. The printed instructions in the packet missed a couple of important cues like which way is up. Also I notice the dog version is printed on both sides while the cats are only printed on one, so my black kitty has a white stripe along its back and tail, making it resemble a skunk. As others have noted, the qr code on the package leads you here, not to any instructions, frustrating.

Very good, would recommend!

I got this while I was in Las Vegas, but forgot about them for a bit. Rediscovered them today, and found it really easy to understand and build. They look super cute and stand really well!!

Cute, but not really easy

It's a little pricey and they're cute but I wouldn't say they're easy to fold. Maybe I'm the problem, but I'm still struggling with them.
