Delivery options

UK Standard Delivery - £2.99 (Or totally FREE for orders over £30)

Orders sent using our Standard Service are usually delivered by your Royal Mail postie. It should be in your hands within 3-5 business days. Depending on what you've ordered, it may or may not need to be signed for.

Sometimes our standard service may take a little longer than usual due to situations outside of our control.

If your order is too large or too heavy to go via Royal Mail, we may send this via a different courier (DPD for example). This will need a signature. 

Next Day Courier - £5.99

Orders should be placed by 1pm (UK time) to ensure delivery the next working day

Orders sent using our Next Day Service are usually delivered by DPD.

This should be delivered to you on the next business day if your order was placed before 1pm on any business day. However, it can take up to two business days during peak times, and for reasons outside of our control.

If you leave your mobile number when ordering, DPD should send you a delivery time slot so you know when to expect your order. 

Christmas orders 2024

18th December is the last guarantee for standard delivery before Christmas. Anything ordered after this date is unlikely to reach you in time.

20th December before 11am is the last date for Next day Delivery. Anything ordered after this date is unlikely to be delivered until after the Christmas period.

Our warehouse team is on a well deserved break between 23rd Dec-1st Jan. We'll be fulfilling orders up to, and after these dates.

Where possible we will despatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using Royal Mail and various Courier options.

Please be aware that some larger/heavier products and orders can incur additional charges.

Your delivery options will be displayed on the checkout page and will be worked out depending on your shopping basket.

We have started shipping to select parts of the EU and the USA.

International shipping will be carefully calculated on the weight, size and value of your order, so the options will vary depending on what you have purchased.

Where shipping is not available for your country please contact us at hi@pikkii.com and we will be happy to help look for the best solution.

Import duty and taxes

Note: If you live outside of the UK you may have to pay local import duty or taxes for your country. This isn’t always the case, and is totally out of our control. Our orders are shipped from the UK. Every country has different import duty rates, so please check before ordering. Please also be aware that we will not be able to refund the cost of shipping should you decide to cancel your shipment due to customs charges.

Returns

We work super hard to make sure everything is perfect for you, but if you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty product or you’ve simply changed your mind, no drama. We’ll try to make it as easy as we can for you. 

Our shop will be closed from the 21st Dec until the 1st Jan so our team can have a much deserved break! We will try to respond to your enquiries during this time, but please be aware it may take a few extra days to get back to you.

Please contact us before returning your items. Simply drop us an email at hi@pikkii.com with your order number and reason for your return request and we'll be happy to help.

You'll need to fill out our returns label and return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure it's packed perfectly to avoid damage.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. We're only able to reimburse the shipping costs if the items we sent were damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Please hold onto your postage receipt until we've confirmed receipt of your items.
